Matt was great to work with. Work done in timely maCunner. Would have preferred better price point. Rebate could have been higher & in cash off, not a mail-in for a gift card. Will know better down the road how satisfied I am with the tires-new product to me.
Friendly and helpful. The tire service was quick too. This is my second time at Flynn and I would return.
good straight forward communication and work
The work was done fairly quickly but I think the part cost was higher than necessary considering the price of the part online. I was able to pay easily over the phone and pick up my car that evening after hours. However, the battery was dead and I had to call my husband to get the car home.

This is a very kind and friendly place to get you vehicle serviced.Their attention to detail is great!Tracy was my point of contact. She is amazing! Matt and Dan are also great to work with!Steve was the person that did the majority of the service. He was great! 4 new tires mounted and expertly balanced.I asked then to check the breaks and we found out that the rear brakes were very close to failing inspection but would pass at this time. Steve left the decision up to me on replacing the pads and rotors. I opted to do so. The did not have them in stock but were able to get them there in less than 1 hour.I added an oil change and a State Inspection.The whole operation took less than two and a half hours!I even had a free snack while I was there!The tires are GREAT!A big THANK YOU to everyone there!
Dan and Matt were very easy to talk to and answered all of my questions I sold tires back in the 70s and 80s and wish I had sales staff like these-guys. Looking forward to your Erie store opening soon
