Honesty

I came in for tires and alignment because when I stopped by one day to have tire removed from an old rim the manger did it himself and wouldn't let me pay. That tells me about his character. When I came back to see about buying tires for my car I heard him talking on the phone to a perspective customer. What I heard was him being honest and helpful more than being a salesman. Dan is the reason I came to Flynn's and he's the reason I'll be back. I didn't really deal with the other people there this time but spoke to Dan at length and I trust that the manager's integrity will carry over to his employees and coworkers.
