First let me say that I am particular about my vehicles, especially when it comes to tire balance. There is nothing more irritating than getting new tires and going down the road and have the steering wheel shake all over the place. The other issue is that from my experiences at the new castle facility I have had this problem with every vehicle I own and every time I have gotten tires and it always requires me to return and get someone else to re-balance the tires. At present it appears theta the only person that is proficient is the service tech Bill. In the past after getting the tires mounted and balanced I have in turn had to go t sharon to get rebalanced and as far away as the Mercer store to get the tires balanced so the truck isn shaking. This all takes time, money, aggravation and inconvenience. The manager and the service techs are all great people and treat me well however the training of the tire mounting and balancing techs is lacking. enough said

The quality of the work seemed fine but the wait was not. I had a 10am appointment.My car never went into the shop until 11:25am. By the time it was finished it was 12:15pm. This seemed excessively long.
