My appointment was at 9 AM and my car was pulled in just moments after I arrived. The oil change, tire rotation and inspection were completed much quicker than I thought.

I called when they opened Saturday morning to ask if they were able to get me in and put on my snow tires for my car. Sean said he could get me in anytime after 9am, just bring it up. I was there at 10:15 and left by 11:15. Not bad for spur of the moment.
I was sold 4 brand tires in 8/15 under the impression thry were good tires not blemished tires or tires that would be no longer available,well as it turns out I was scammed and had a problem with the right passenger tire ,,which I was blamed for the bubble on the tire,,which is deff,,not my fault,,,so at first they tried to put a tire on my car that wasn't even the amr tread patern then had to ordewer one I had to wait 4 days for and put the doneut tire on the right front instead of putting it in the back,,as my ncar is a front wheel drive car,,then when the tire came in by fed ex,,i was ripped off once again,,had to pay for a tire and road hazard again,,which I already paid for one,,then was told all of sudden the aligment is out,,,which was perfectly fine a few months ago,,and I barely even drive my car,,so how can the aligment be out ,,,they ripped me off thinking I am a woman and just want to pull the wool over my eyes,,i am calling the corporate office and filing a complaint BBB
Shawn is the best at Customer Service: tells me the problems, gives my options, always gives me a fair price, really cares.....he looks out for his customers and that is why I don't go anywhere else for service.
Stopped with no appointment. They were able to repair in a reasonable amount of time. Very friendly desk personnel.
