Always have excellent service at Flynns Tires. I have been a customer since the early 80s and have always purchased my tires either at the store and Mercer or the newest one in Hermitage. I refer all my family and friends to Flynns . Always receive Great service, friendly & respect full workers and a relaxed atmosphere in the shop.
Initially the wrong oil was placed in my car because they went by my "history" there. Then after driving away I noticed they reset my fuel filter indicator back to 100% and failed to mention that to me but obviously never replaced my fuel filter. Every damn time I go to Flynns I have a problem. After these tires wear off I'll be going elsewhere for tires just so I don't have to deal with the knuckle heads at Flynns.

I previously wrote a bad review after having a very bad experience with Flynn's Tire in Hermitage. Not ten minutes after having submitted the negative review, I received a phone call asking me to come in so they could take care of me. I showed up and was charged more than originally quoted per my pro rated warranty on the tires which needed replaced. I paid since they needed replaced, and came home. An hour after returning home, Bruce the General Manager called to ask me about my experience. After talking on the phone he offered his apology and indicated he would be sending a gift card in the mail for the difference from what I paid vs what I was quoted. Long story short, I had a very negative experience with Flynn's, but the General Manager caught it and did what he could to make it right. Things happen, a poor business would let it be. A good business redeems themselves.
These guys are the best in town!
Bought tires with 100,000 mile warranty. Tires were no good by 30,000 miles. Brought it in, they asked to see service records. I provided detailed records of rotations from the dealer. I went over 5,000 miles slightly between two rotations. Warranty denied. After multiple complaints they took a look. There was an issue with the tire itself which they could tell by the way it was worn and having verified my alignment was within specs. Said the warranty is through the manufacturer not Flynns. Advised that the tires would definitely be covered, likely pro rated and I'd have to pay 10%. I was fine with all this. They called the manufacturer but said they were closed until Monday. I took off work Monday to get the tires replaced. I called in first thing, sales rep said i was putting words in his mouth about the situation. He can't guarantee warranty will be granted and denies saying Monday would work. Said it could be another week but left me the option of paying full price.
Got me in on short notice and provided fast service.
