front end alignment issues

once again i requested a front end alignment and will have to take my truck back in to get it re-aligned. Why your technicians dont do it right the first time is beyond me. The last time i had my honda in for an alignment i had to bring it back two times before they got it right. I just spent $900.00 at your store. Why should I have to return it to have them do it over again when it should have been down right the first time

I have purchased many tires at Flynn's. I have also gotten inspection, oil changes, and other service in the past. The work is well done, the staff knowledgeable, and courteous. The waiting room is comfortable with Wi-Fi, coffee, games, and tv. My go to place for tires and routine service is Flynn's.

Walked in, shown options, make choice, wait for work to be done. All good. Fast for walking in with no call or appointment.

Scheduled appointment for 3pm, but service didn't start on the vehicle until 4pm. If an appointment time is necessary for state inspections then they should be adhered to in order to provide service in the appropriate amount of time.
