I got there at 8:50 am my appt was at 9. Had to wait while front counter person did something else . About 5 min then it took 2 hours 15 min to get two tires . They said as it was done they got the wrong one from warehouse . Instead of coming out and telling me they left me sit. Not knowing what was going on . Then they did not rotate my tires like it was suppose to be done . One guy said he put it on paperwork but it wasnt there . I didnt have any more time . When I started to complain they act as if I wasnt there talking . I just left before I really got upset . I have spent a lot of money here last few months 4 truck tires.and Alignment . I have a transportation company . Just wanted a good place to get my vehicles maintenanced . This isnt looking like the place . All they had to do was come out let me know what was going on. Then to not have them rotated . Not even a sorry for that . So disappointed.

appointment was scheduled through goodyear.com and received an email confirming our appointment but when my wife arrived there was no appointment scheduled. both counter people told her they would be with her but kept seeming to ignore her. they did get the tires installed but it took 2 hours
