On Saturday, Dec. 15th I brought my Jeep in to Flynn's because I thought I had a hole in my tire since it kept losing air. To my surprise, it wasn't the tire at all. In fact, I had a cracked rim. They took me into the shop so I could see the crack in the rim. They advised me that it would be best to put the spare tire on my vehicle and then bring it back in on Monday to get the new rim. I received a quote that day so I knew how much it was going to cost. Monday came and I was informed the company shipping the rim to them had shipped the wrong size; however, that company didn't have a used rim in the right size and color - all they could offer me was a brand new rim, which was more expensive. However, Flynn's was nice enough to give me the new rim for the price of the used rim because of the inconvenience. I really appreciated that!

Called and they said I could come right in. They put on my Winter Tires and balanced them for a very reasonable price.
I ordered Goodyear tires from Goodyear to be installed. By Flynn. On the day Goodyear scheduled Flynn the install my tires, I arrived to find Goodyear never sent them and they were on back order. Flynn worked until they found me set and eventually installed them. They even called me after I left to make sure I was told about my brakes needing to be replaced. Theg have a great crew at the New Philadelphia Flynn Tire. Thank you!
Good service, but didn't have accurate tire stock at hand. Had to come back a second time to have tires put on car.
Most of my dealings were with James. I put before him and the crew a 14 year old vehicle that I thought only needed tires. I suspected other problems but since I was not the primary driver, I was unaware of some issues. James talked me through what needed done to keep this 2004 Honda CRV road worthy. As issues arose, he would call, discuss, and recommend the necessary work needed. No one is ever happy to be informed of more work needed, but, for me, to keep this vehicle on the road, it was a necessity. This is a busy place yet they handle that day-to-day "busyness" professionally. That's no easy task in today's world of "get it done now and get it done cheap." I was very pleased with the work done and how I was treated. I would highly recommend Flynn's for your tire and auto servicing needs.
