disappointed

After I got home I was putting the things back in the trunk and noticed a chip and scratches on my bumper. This is a new car that didn't have any chips or scratches when I brought it there. It must of happened when they were removing the flat tire or putting the temporary tire back. Its a shame I wasn't told about it and I'm sure no one would admit to it.

Inspection

Service was good and timely. I didn't like the fact the mech. didn't put plastic on the seat and paper on the floor.

Review of Service

I was very pleased with the speed of the service. Although the tire had to be ordered, it arrived in less than a day. The service itself took about an hour. The employee I worked with was helpful and pleasant.

Had purchased the tires earlier along with a 3 yr alignment package. This trip was for tire rotation to maintain warranty and to have the vehicle aligned.

Excellent friendly service

They took my car in right away for inspection and oil change. They explained what was needed and gave me a fair price. Excellent service as always.
