The computers were down and they phoned my credit card payment in. The next day they called and told me that during the confusion of the network outage they charged me for something I didn't need. They advised that they had put through a credit for that item. Not only are they a quality company but they are very honest also.

I was seeing the Battery Charge Indicator lighting up on my 2005 CRV. I called Flynn's, and they fit me in the next day. After checking, they told me I needed a replacement alternator and gave me a price. Later, they found that the labor involved was much more than the time used for the price quoted. They went ahead and did the work, and charged only the original estimated price.This is not the first time that I have seen the people at Flynn's act as people of integrity.I will recommend them to others, as I already have in the past.

Tires losing air already! Spent a lot of money but very disappointed that every two days I need to put air in tires.
