Always great service

I have never been disappointed with the service at the Dobbs on Sulphur Springs. Friendly, helpful, not pushy, understanding. They make this necessary chore more enjoyable. I moved, but I still come over to these particular guys.

So far so good

I went in for an oil change, balancing and rotation, but I also knew that there was something wrong in the back end of car. The result was new calipers, new rotors, new pads and new hoses. I laso had noise coming from the front end and it turned out to be a wheel baring. The bill was large, but I had a lot done and the guys went out of their way to make adjustments wherever possible. So I am one day out with new parts and the car runs smoothly, no vibrations, brakes working fine and road noise reduced. I keep cars for a long time and I think the techs and front desk guys did a good job for me. The next 30 days or so will tell the story.

Same Old Line

I really wish your technicians would test the coolant to see how it is instead of trying to use the manual recommended mileage to try and sell additional services. It is getting old just like when I get synthetic oil and the sticker shows due for next change in 3,000 miles and has disclaimer below about mfg. recommendation. Come on step up and do the right thing and ay the right thing!

Never Again

Completely a waste of time. When I dropped my keys off for my safety and emissions the guy at the counter Chris states, "will let you know what we find" as if they knew they would find something. When they called me a little later guess what they found something. Shocker I went somewhere else.

Yearly Inspection

This location is always top notch. Always super professional and never tries to sell us more than we need.
