Oil change

As we were picking up our vehicle, smoke was pouring out of the engine department. We were told that they had spilled oil on the engine. They tried to clean it after we said something. The smoke continued, now the burning oil smell also had a cleaning chemical smell mixed with it. We took possession of our vehicle and took it home. It continued to smoke for a couple of days, stinking up our garage.They were supposed to check our windshield wipers but did not get to it.

New Tires

I am satisfied with the quality of the new tires. I am concerned about a message "Check Tire Pressure" which existed when I left the store. I was told it would go away after driving for a couple days. The message still occurs every time I start the car and I am not certain how to clear it out. David Hosler

In general, good experience

When I paid, I asked for verification that the mechanic checked all the fluids. I was assured yes. However, when the guy at the front desk put in an air filter while I was watching, I looked around and noticed that my coolant was at the low line. You did top it off, but why wasn't it topped off when my car was in the garage?
