Made my app online but a glitch/accident failed to get it 'booked' but when I showed up they where able to fit me in on a busy day anyways.They offered me a ride home/to a shop but since I would not have a ride back I stayed. They where able to get to my car much quicker then expected and get me back out on my way.

Cliff and David at the Fenton store have generally been good to work with.Recently, we had a dilemma where our 18-yr old daughter was preparing to drive out of town. While on the highway the vehicle jerked and the Service engine light came on. We immediately brought the vehicle to the Fenton Dobbs. The wait was long, and our daughter was ready to leave town in the car... Cliff and David were able to contact the Sunset Hills store and set up an immediate appt. The car was fixed within a few hours and she was on the road.Thank you Cliff & David at the Fenton store.
Service is always done as scheduled; everyone is courteous and helpful.
Dobbs service is really unlike most service places that I have used. They do not push products like others do. They let you know something truly needs attention, but always puts it to you in a recommending fashion not a hyped up emergency. I will continue to be a Dobbs fan.

They did an average job. They tried to sell me on more than needed. I put my foot down and told them how much I could spend and they listened. I guess that is good.
