They we're excellent. Explained things in a way I could understand and we're happy to do so.They also gave me a ride home so I didn't have to wait, then they picked me up when my car was ready.
I lost a lot of confidence in Dobbs (a tire store right?) I purchased 2 tires and when I was looked at my car before driving off I found they only put 1 new tire on. They did correct the problem, and apologized but what if I had not checked? I guess I feel like they should have a double check policy on their services.Makes me wonder about other services that maybe are not performed that I can't check.
Dobbs has always done a good job for us. The staff is very friendly and even when they change and new people step right into the new workplace easily. It is great to be known by name when you deal with a company. Thank you.

The service staff at Dobbs Overland are great. We have been customers for years and always receive excellent service.
After getting my brakes checked for the 3rd time, I'm pleased to say that the service I received today was way pass my expectations. I got great customer service. I've always done business with Dobbs but at a certain point i said never again. Today they regain my business and i want to say thank you to the Staff on Woodson & Lackland.
I typically drop my car off for service. There is never an issue and I get a call when all is done.
Location is convenient but every time I visit I end up here for almost 4 hrs! Other locations don't take as long.
Never have a problem, courteous and good to give me a ride if I need.
