Excellent customer serivce

I had forgotten that my car was due for tag renewal. I showed up, unannounced and without an appointment. The parking lot, store and shop were full. My car was given its inspection without any hassle and it was done in less than 3 hours.

Tire replacement

I had a flat tire on I170. After having a spare put on I drove to Dobbs. Counter person was very helpful pointing out that tire could not be repaired. I opted to replace the tire and another tire and was given a fair price. They also determined that I needed an alignment. I left the car and picked it up later. It was a very painless transaction.
