Great experience. I go there for Matt the manger always gives me great service and good advice.Job well done.

I normally go to the Wentzville location. When I could not secure an appointment for an oil change, I called the Lake STL location and they told me all their waiting appointments (?) were taken. I was informed I could come, but, I would need to be patient When I arrived at 7AM I was greeted while the door was held open for me. James and Matt assisted me and they both were so friendly, yet professional. As I'm sitting here again with a nail in my tire, nothing but the best of Customer Service from this team. Thank you for a ':WELL OILED "FRIENDLY, PASSSIONATE and ,PROFESSIONAL TEAM AT THE Lake STL location!! I will now drive the Extra Miles just for the Customer Service !!

overpriced

overpriced estimate for parts and labor. wanted $560 to replace power steering unit on 2010 Honda Odyssey. Did it myself for only $144 and took just 45 minutes!!!!!!!
