Doors upen at 7:00, but certain technicians that do transmission flushes don't get there until 8:00. Why can't you be fully staffed at 7:00? I waited for 2 1/2 hours until they were done. Service was fine.
Professional and quick service
Matt and James did a great job! The service manager has gone above and beyond in the past to make sure I was happy with the work! I'm a long time customer an very happy with Dodds.
I was very pleased that they honored a previous quote of $250.00 to get my breaks done. When I picked my car up there were "shop charges" on the invoice that I was not quoted on the previous quote. I ended up paying $295.28. Almost $50 more was not expected and was the only thing I was not pleased with. They did not take the "shop charges" off. The brakes are great though.
I was completely satisfied with everything the guys did.
Always professional and promptly completed.
