I had a brake light which needed to be replaced. Of course, the Friday before New Year's Eve, Dobbs was extremely busy. The bulb was replaced earlier than promised which was very much appreciated.

We were quoted 1200.00 work that needed to be done. I told Jay that we were not going to do the repairs due to the age of the car. He informed me that they already changed the oil I asked WHY would they do that before we agreed to this quote.What a waste of money. I was told we owed 84.00 he said that there was a coupon on line to save 10.00 on the oil change but when we picked up the car we were told the coupon didn't apply due to the oil that was used. Therefore we were very dissatisfied with Dobbs.

2011 Jeep Liberty Oil Change

Your mechanic did not reset the computer for the next oil change (as asked) and it comes up as oil change needed.

Good front counter help.Good car service but, wished they would have corrected the issue two weeks earlier when it was in there for the same problem. Charged me full price again, wish you would have pro-rated my bill since you missed it the first time. That would be GREAT customer service.

I appreciate the friendly atmosphere. Molly is extremely nice and knows my family and me by name. I trust the Fenton location with all three of my family's cars. Mike is very knowledgeable manager. We have taken all of our cars to the Fenton Dobbs for many years.

Great Service

Jay and Mike always take care of me and make me feel like family. Keep up the great work

Catalytic Convertor

Overall, very good. I always get good service at Fenton, and even though Dobbs fired me in 2012, I remain a very loyal customer! Kinda wished the whole exhaust need was addressed in one visit, but not a big deal.

Always have a great experience at this location. Great staff and super service!

Oil change

Not good. Went for oil change. Told front desk tires low and warning light on. Said part of oil change to fill. I picked up car and light on- never filled tires.

Oil change & tire rotation

I had my routine oil change and tire rotation as well as an inspection for my car tags. During that inspection I was told that my filter was in bad shape, and I could see that it was. My wiper blades were also changed. I felt as though it was a thorough check of my car.
