Water Pump Replacement

I was very pleased with the service on analyzing the water leak on my vehicle. Water pump was found to be bad. Parts replaced and I am very happy with the end results.

Oil Change

This was the most efficient oil change ever. I was checked in and checked out within about 35 minutes. I did not have anyone before me which helped a lot. Great Job! I'm glad I came in on a slow night.

Tires were not rotated

On a recent visit I was told that the tires on my vehicle were rotated, but in fact they were not. I know because I had marked them prior to taking my car to the shop for tire rotation and oil change. This was very disappointing and makes me question whether other services are actually performed when dropping my car off? Services that are not as easy to check. When I addressed this with the clerk, he got it corrected but never really apologized sincerely, or offered anything for the inconvenience this caused me.
