4 New Tires

I purchased 4 new Cooper tires. The tire installer cross threaded one lug nut, which I only discovered later, when checking my tire pressures at home. I returned to Dobbs for repair. Then later, I discovered one of my new tires was defective! I returned for replacement. Those two issues were both handled promptly and obviously without any additional costs, although being somewhat time consuming for me. This has been a poor experience. I have purchased many new tires and had my vehicles serviced with Dobbs for over 14 years. I would have to say that this is my most disappointing experience to date. :-( That being said, I would still rate Dobbs extremely high over those 14 years of service. :-) I will continue to use Dobbs for my future automotive needs! Hopefully, this was just a one time event?

Oil Change

When I dropped off my car for an oil change, I mentioned to the service person that after the previous oil change the oil level was one half quart low (checked per manufacturer's owners manual) and to be sure that this time the oil fill is where it is supposed to be. I checked the oil level when I got home, and again the oil level was one half quart low, and had to top it off at my own additional expense.
