Oil Change and tire repair

Found the slow leak in my tire, and changed the oil, and it didn't cost me $140 like at Jiffy Lube, only $45 or so. Could be a little faster.

Great Service

I have been going to the Fenton location for years. They maintained my 2002 Explorer which had 400K miles on it before it got rear ended in ND. I am sure the boys were happy to see it go. Anyway, they are now maintaining my 2013 Explorer and I am very pleased with them. A big plus was when Jay Dennis came back to run the service department. Jay never sold me anything I did not need at the time, but did advise that the next time it will be needed.

Charging System repairs

The mechanic identified my cars repair needs as an alternator needing replaced as well as a battery. Quickly and capably repaired.

Service Beyond!

Stopped in today with a two month rattle under my car. I was told it would be Monday before they could look at it. A gentleman came outside to listen to it. He crawled under the car and fixed it in five minutes. NO CHARGE! He said to come back and see them when I need them. I certainly will!

My experience has always been awesome. The Fenton Team is an outstanding group whom you should be extremely proud of.

tire issue

I arrived at 7:15 am to have my tire looked at as it was losing air. The shop had been painted over the holiday and they were resetting it. I was told it would take some time. I left at 10:45 am. I think if you need to reset your shop after a weekend of painting, bring the workers in earlier so the customers don't have to wait. I was 4 hours late to work. I couldn't drive the car so I was stuck at Dobb's. I was not happy. It took way too long. Dobb's is starting to lose their interest in customers. It's losing the 'family owned" feeling and service.
