I am always pleased when I have repairs done to my vehicle at this particular shop. Before any work is done I always asked if there or any specials or coupons. Chris advised that there was a rebate on the muffler. In recent years I have dealt with other dobbs store and was very disappointed. Keep up the good work guys.

We have been going to Dobb's for many years and never been let down. In a field where honesty and integrity can often be challenged we have always left with a feeling of satisfaction. We have been going to the Fairview Heights location for most of our experience and they could not be any more professional and really take the extra step to get it right and get us back on the road without a hitch. It is always a relief to be treated that way in an age where customer service has become a lost art in most cases. We are not usually big on filling out surveys good or bad but in this case I feel a positive review is deserved and hopefully will be helpful to the consumer.
