Great service as always. Dobbs purchased tire with nail in it repaired free of charge, tires rotated, F of C also, & 4 bulbs replaced. Timely repair & courteous service from the Fairview Heights, IL team as usual.

Had new alternator, gaskets, plugs and wires. When my wife picked up her car, within two blocks it continually stalled. We were able to get the car back to Dobbs. The next day they called to tell us the one of the new plugs was bad. They got everything fixed and we picked up the car. We would have liked some compensation like a free oil change, for the inconvenience.

Engine power loss on 06 vette

Took vehicle to this location due to "engine power loss". Chris went the extra mile to make sure vehicle was throughly checked,and contacted a specialist who did a complete check on the vehicle.

proffessional and friendly greeting at desk. Car in at appointed time. Odd situation with axle replacement passenger side. Full explanation along with rapid response to obtain part made it take a little longer but was handled to my satisfaction and as usual drove off happy.

Wheel almost fell off

Chris is great! He helped me replace the wheel and tire on my son's car. Even though I got new tires 2000 miles, they covered all labor costs!! Chris is the best!!!
