The Edwardsville Dobbs always provides exceptional service and consistent value. My wife and I have been customers at this location for more than 15 years. We had both our cars covered by the dealer new car service including oil changes and tire rotations so we went through a period where we didn't use Dobbs much. Both those service options expired and we returned to the Edwardsville Dobbs for tires for both cars. The service from Terry and all the staff has not missed a beat.

Brake service

I brought my vehicle in for brake noise and left after having been serviced with the same noise........ :-( I have never had a disappointment with service here, What has changed????

Extra Duty

My car was involved in an accident that required the insurance company to pay for an alignment. I spoke with Terry Leichsenring about the need to inspect for a clunking sound in the front end prior to the body shop dropping the car at Dobbs. Of course the body shop dropped the car at Dobbs at the last minute leaving Terry with a limited amount of time to diagnose and repair the clunk. My wife received her car on time and in good working order. Dobbs is my exclusive shop for mechanical repairs and tires. For over 20 years Terry has provided professional and quality repairs and on top of that has become a good friend. I trust Dobbs.

We always have a good experience at Dobbs. This last visit was good but they didn't break off a piece on my council. So it works but doesn't latch.
