Oil Change - almost 4 hours
My only problem was the wait. When I dropped off the car, they said probbly two hours. It was almost 4 hours. My husband and I left - we went and had breakfast, did our weekly grocery shoppin and then he dropped me back off and then I had almost two more hours of waiting. It would be nice if you had just one mechanic for oil changes then have to wait while other cars had more extensive work done before you were waited on for a simple oil change. Just a though.

Working With The Customer
I recently had to replace the tires on my Toyota. I was not a happy camper since I had only put around 20k miles on the tires that needed replacing. The young man managing the Dobbs explained to me how the damage to the tires happened. After some research on my tire problem I realized everything the young man explained was spot on. Dobbs worked with me by prorating the damaged tires and giving me a rebate on tires that I was purchasing. I'll be more attentive to my tires from now on. I thank the Dobbs staff for doing all they could to help me understand. Service, Service, Service!!Thank you very much.
