Poor Service

I took my vehicle to this location due it stalling on me. I was told that one of the reason it stalled was that I was missing my air filter. This location just serviced my vehicle two months ago so they had to have noticed it was missing or they forgot to replace it. I was told by the Service manager Doug that the person that worked on my vehicle was let go a couple of weeks ago and he would replace my filter at no charge. However the other issues that may have been caused by the missing filter I would still need to pay for. Over $600 bill. How do I know if the other issues could have been prevented if I had the filter? I'm very disappointed in the entire situation. I have been a patron of this locations for several years and have taken all of my family vehicles to them for service and have spent thousands with them. I will now look for another company to work on my vehicles.

The service I received was great. I made an appointment and it did not take long for the te hnicians to complete tge request.

they did ok have to give new worker leway for mistakes. But all in all everything worked out fine. We did oil change and tire rotation on both autos. We buy our tires at Dobbs so we started getting oil changes there too.

Work performance was outstanding. I was very satisfied.

I have been to this location before and was very pleased but not this visit and am not sure I will go back there. I realized my appointment was scheduled about 15minutes away. I was told at this location they were not busy and they would be able to get me in right away. It took 2 1/2 hours for a tire change. In most cases I would have been fine with situation as it was my fault going to wrong location but I was told I could get right in and as a result I missed a birthday dinner with family due to delay. In addition I had ample time to make it to the other location.
