Dobbs replaced a radiator and alternator on my car. First time I've had a major repair done by someone other than my dealer, but the location was convenient. I've learned my lesson! The transmission line was not hooked up correctly to the new radiator resulting in leaking transmission fluid. Luckily I caught it before my transmission was damaged. This resulted in $400 in additional repairs at my dealer to correct transmission line to radiator and service transmission fluids since they were leaking. I won't be taking my car back to Dobbs again.

I called Dobb's on my way home from work to see if I could get an oil change. Chris, the manager, said to bring it in: they took care of it right away.

I am very satisfied. This particular Dobbs is my go to for all work I can't do myself. They did a great job from diagnosis to fix, with good communication throughout.
