Oil Change

Very disappointed with the time necessary for our oil change. We had a 9:00 am appointment and did not leave until AFTER 10:30am. Our time is much more valuable than the way we were dealt with. The manager that checked us out did NOT even apologize for the amount of time (even with an appointment). He only tried to justify the lack of work being done in a timely manner.

Above and beyond customer serv

I wanted to make sure and praise Austin for offering excellent customer service! We brought my daughter's car in for safety/emissions test to re-title her car! She was only in for one day/Sunday and returning to Mizzou early next morning! Initially, Austin told us Dobbs doesn't do those on Sunday! However, once he saw our facial expressions, he quickly assured us the tests could be done! I told him how much we appreciated that gesture, and that it was an answer to prayer! We will continue to do business with Dobbs for many years to come!

Received wonderful service as always Tires were still under warranty and were worn too early for the number of milesOld tires were from Dobbs also Dobbs was excellent and accommodating to allow us to not incur large expenses for new tires . Always professional and accommodating staff!
