The People at Dobbs in Chesterfield Valley always do a fantastic job of taking care of me and my vehicles. They make you feel like you are their friend and always treat me right and get my vehicles done on time, if any issues come up, they are great about communicating the issues and addressing them. Chris did a great job on working with me on getting me the best tires and best deal. Everything was done on time as promised.
I have a bad tire sensor and had my tires rotated. The dash still shows the bad tire sensor in the same place. Talked to manager who explained how this could be but I still dont understand. Would like for someone to explain it better. 636-XXX-XXX.
Needed my valve cover gaskets replaced. I was back on the road in a day. I am extremely happy with the friendly service.
I have been using the Chesterfield Dobbs store for over ten years and have had excellent service every time. Chris and the other guys are unfailingly polite and informative and have helped me keep my car very well maintained.
We take all of our cars to this Dobbs...they do great work and have wonderful customer service!
I typically don't take the time to write reviews, but the crew at this location is exceptional. They have earned my trust over and over again, which keeps me coming back. Chris is strong on customer service and it shows in the team he has pull together. You have my appreciation.
Dobbs on Chesterfield Airport Rd is the only place that I would take my car. They show that they care and I would highly recommend them.
