Didnt need one

I had to renew my plates and thought I needed an emission inspection but since my car was an odd year I didnt need it. Basically i wasted $25, I would think they should know that but maybe they didnt. People were very nice besides that.

Oil change/Vehicle Inspection

Dobbs is usually a good place to bring a vehicle. However, this last time I set a morning appointment for a simple oil change and vehicle inspection (figuring it would take about an hour) and my car wasn't finished until the end of the day. That's a bit of a pain that kept me from being able to do anything else all day.

I have been going to this Dobbs for the last 6-7 yrears. I have purchased new tires for this vehicle twice. BUT, I probably went my last time. Every time I go you tell me this needs to replaced. All it does is cost me money to have someone else say, You don't need to replace that My friends this time told me they quit going to Dobbs just for that reason. You never put 5000 on oil change you always want 3000 miles.Enough is enough
