Brought it in at 9am (WITH an appt) but you all didn't even get to look at it until after 4pm ... either overbooked on appts or not taking in correct order?!

Price Quotes

I was told that I would be charges for just parts and not labor for repairs to my car. The final charges ended up being the same as several other places had quoted so the quote was accurately stated. It was absolutely for parts and labor. The people there should be more honest with their price quotes.

Ask for pricing on simple items like filters first. They do a great job with the oil changes. Kill you with air filter charges. Change them yourself since the charge more for the filter then they do for the synthetic oil change!
