oil change and tire rotation
It took 1 hr. and 45 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. When the car was finally done, Len at the counter thought it was funny that it took so long, but said he would look into it. Never heard from him. My wife took her vehicle in 2 days later and mentioned the time on my oil change to the manager ?Ben? and he said he would find out what happened. Never heard from him either.

My experience was exceptionally outstanding on this occasion. I was faced with some front end noise in my Infiniti. The diagnosis, and subsequent approach to the repair, was well thought out. The repair saved me over $1000 as proposed by the dealer. It all begins with the customer service team at the front desk manned by Mark, Len, and Sean where scheduling is always easy and the employees always friendly. The service manager, Bruce, was helpful and knowledgeable as usual. Dennis, the service technician who actually did the diagnosis and work, was excellent. I have always found the entire team at this location to be professional. I have been a satisfied customer for over 30 years and will continue to use them for service.
