I really like the detailed explanation of work performed on my invoice. The Wis Rapids Tire Service has always be easy to deal with and the counter guys are very helpful & answer all od my questions without trying to push additional services.

9823 service call/used tire

The service for the response to our flat tire was excellent.The young gentlemen did a great job. He was there in ten minutes. Ken was at a doctor's appointment. He explained to me everything he was doing. He took the tire to the garage. We returned to garage later. We were pleased with how everything was handlled.Marlene Hammond

patch a removed farm innertube

We were charged $15.83 to patch an inner tube that was already removed. We had purchased the same size inner tube for a tire on the other side at Fleet Farm the day before for $17.11...NOT on sale!! We feel we were definitely over charged! Management was going to review the charge, and that's the last we heard from anyone.

Confused and Worried

I was confused as to why Scheirl put my bad tires on the front of my front wheel drive car after they rotated them to the rear when I purchased new ones. I was concerned about the lack of common sense and I've problems with leaks in my new tires by the sensors. I'm not a tire expert but there were some strange decisions made that have ended up costing me more money in the long term. They were accommodating when I didn't have an appointment and service was friendly. I'm concerned because it seems like there were mistakes made. Maybe the technicians are overworked?

Oil change

Very friendly guys. Fast and great service. They also helped us with a low tire the day before just and closing time and were great help and very nice than too.

Len the sales person took real good care of me. Len kept me informed on the situation I had with my tires, it was a warrantyissue. I would highly recommendSchierl Tire to my friends and family.

Great service and employees.

When I dropped it off at two i told them I needed it back by the end of the day. Even though they had some trouble, which they called and informed me of, it was done between five and five thirty. The tires looked great and my truck drove great with those and the alignment. Thanks Schierl Tire.
