I brought my wife's vehicle in because the a/c wasn't blowing cold. They checked everything out and found a frozen belt pulley and broken belt. The repair was completed in a timely fashion and now my wife has cold air again. Happy wife, happy life!

As always, Schierl delivered quick and friendly service and a thorough inspection of my vehicle. I placed an order for tires, and will be getting them put on my vehicle in the next month. I felt confident in their recommendations. The only thing that threw me off was finding a straw in my front seat after picking the vehicle up, suggesting it had been taken to some type of restaurant in the time they the team at Schierl's had the car. Not a huge concern, but I found it odd.
Great customer service in store,Over the phone, explained work to be done in an easy to understand manner. Bit of a sticker shock to find out the total repair cost, but my car is in good shape, very little past repair work in Arizona except for battery, tire oil change and tune up. This work was necessary. I'd like to keep my car safe and in the best possible shape I can, Liked that Len suggested that in 50/100 miles bring car in for lug nut check up.
I got an oil change and everything went smoothly as always.There is a follow-up issue with my air conditioning that is being dealt with and will be just fine when finishyed.
