Needed a last-minute oil change appointment right before Memorial Day. They were able to squeeze me in on that Friday before. Am so grateful, because I needed to care for my elderly mother who lives over 200 miles away. As always, the team went above & beyond!!

Highly recommend this shop. We drove in from South MS late Thursday night & had a rear end leak on our truck. When we walked in on Friday morning they greeted us right away and to me were above and beyond for customer service. They were booked up but were able to get us in on Monday and even gave us a loaner car. WOW!!!! They diagnosed the issue and was able to get it fixed with what I thought was a fair price. Hats off to your Wis Rapids employees!!!!!
I had to get new tires on my 2015 Town and Country. We do a lot of driving with 4 kids, so I wanted a complete set of 4 tires. Len at Schierl helped me pick out the right type of tires for me in my price range. Also, helped me get the biggest rebate!

We have started using Shierl for routine maintainance on our jeeps vs the dealer. They seem so much more on top of getting it right, and care about it. Sad to say dealers not always give this impression and do not always deliver quality work. Thanks to the Shierl Team!
