Schierl Tire did well getting the service work done in a reasonable amount of time. The only thing that needs changed is the customer service desk. They need a system to get additional help when lines get long (only 2 at desk)

Everything went as usual,perfect. I was in and out in an hour and in addition to all the usual things done, I had a dirty filter replaced.

Len, in sales took very good care of us. We had problems with theway the tires were wearing on our car even after having them rotatedmany times. Len called the tire manufacture and got us a good deal on new tires plus a $200.00 rebate. Thank you Len!

Oil Change and wheel balance

Performed as usual, quite professional, also replaced rear brakes without replacing calipers as another dealer had always done in the past, unnecessarily I might add.

Oil change-new brakes

Got an oil change, tire rotation, alignment, and new front brakes. Done quickly and efficiently. Reasonably priced.
