I specifically asked before purchasing oil change books if excess of 5 quarts is charged for. I was advised it was not. I dont appreciate your policy change after our purchase. That is bad customer service.

I forgot the date and time for appointment. The service rep said to bring it in and leave it and they would try to get it done. They had it done by noon that day. Great service/
