The shop work was good but the service desk was a wreck. The work charged was different than quoted, additional estimate for work was added to my bill and the pay process took entirely too long. These problems caused me to lose confindence.

Very disappointed,got home and looked at receipt and there was an extra $27.00 charge on there that I was never asked if I wanted this extra service,.Would defiantly never paid this xtra money for this service that I still dont know what it is.
