Snow Tires

Invested $950 in new snow tires for the first time with Schierl, Weston. When I picked up my vehicle I waited for associate to finish up a phone call to help. After hanging up he placed another phone call on a quote to customer before helping me. Also did not have old tires I was keeping ready and had to load with my dad.

Happy customer

Purchased a set of 4 Dunlop signature 2 tires , have just 1000 miles on tires. quieter than previous tires Goodyear viva 2. Get good traction in snow. Was told they would try to have vehicle ready by 5pm , think we picked it up before 3pm.

Oil change

After schierl tires called and told me what all was wrong. I had them add a oil change on my order but they forgot to do it. I spend over $2000 on two vehicles in two days. I understand things happen but it was a pain to leave and drop off my vehicles so they could fit then in their schedule. Not happy! Now I will be going to my normal place for my oil change!! I should of went to brickners for my tires, etc...
