Ist and last time here

The staff were friendly but I was disappointed in my experience. I took my car in to have my tires looked at as they squeaked when driving. When I got there they had mistyped my phone number which I corrected. I received one call saying my call saying my car was done. No call to say what was wrong. When I pick up the car they told me what was the problem but didn't fix it because I declined the service. That would not be a problem if someone actually called me asking me but I received no such call. They still had not corrected my phone number. They said it was safe to drive with lose ball joints but I don't feel the same way. Now I'm scrambling to get another company to fix it before my driving it on a road trip.
