They were prompt...the tires are very nice and cheap...however when we got home we have they had over torqued some of the lug nuts forcing them to crack...now we have to buy and replace the broken lugnuts. And we were never told about aluminum rims loosening so the first day we got the truck back one of our tires was so loose it almost fell off.

The folks at Schierl have been caring for my van for a number of years. In the process of doing some major gasket repairs, the engine basically dropped out due to a rusted engine cradle. Shudder to think of possible consequences if it had happened anywhere or anytime else. Schierl's staff provided excellent service. A replacement part was hard to get, but I was supplied with a loaner car for the duration of my van's incapacity. Final bill came in UNDER estimate in spite of added part(s) and labor. Disabled & on very limited income, that was a huge blessing to me. Hooray for Schierl in Weston!
