Megan was very helpful when she gave me 3 different options for new tires for my son's car. Being able to use the GoodYear credit card with a nice rebate and 6 months free financing was also beneficial to me. One thing I was disappointed with was having to pay for an alignment. This should be included when you pay to have brand new tires installed.
While driving across country to deliver a rescue dog from Idaho to Michigan, my air con unit started to break down. I was near Wausau Wisconsin. I Google for a place that could fix it and after a number of places couldn't fit me in on short notice I finally called Shierl Tire & Auto. They were great! They got me in immediately and replaced the unit plus identified another issue which was fixed on the spot. I expected to pay over $1000.00 but these guys got a reconditioned unit and saved me 50%. Plus I was back on the road within 4 hrs. Such a blessing. My car runs great now. I made the 2000 mile trip back home with no issues & most importantly, with no stress or worry about breaking down. Thank you Thank you Thank you Shierl Tire Team! I highly recommend this business. Very honest and professional.

Was in Wausau for my husbands medical procedure. When we got off express way, terrible grinding in right front tire. After dropping my husband off at St. Clair's, went to Schierl. Although they were extremely busy, they got me in and addressed the problem. They are terrific. Had to have someone address the issue because we were looking at a 120 mile trip to get back home. Can not express my appreciation for their concern and exceptional service,
The folks (especially Megan) were wonderful in handling our misfortune of having a sudden flat tire. We were treated with respect, and the work needed was completed quickly and professionally.
Had my recommended tire rotation appointment today. The whole staff are great to work with and customer friendly. I noted to Chris how clean and well kept the shop was... right down to the restroom.
