Had an issue with my daughter's car on Monday, Chris got her car in on Tues. To fix the suspension problem. The team in Weston does an excellent job at customer service, explaining the repairs, and giving options. I take all my vehicles and company car to schierls in Weston due to their great customer care.

I'm a bit delinquent in getting this review posted, but I didn't want to let it go by without notice.On March 16th, I went to my vehicle only to find that I had not one, but TWO flat tires! I had picked my daughter up from college the day before and must have run over something with the front tire, and then the back as well as the flat tires were both on the passenger side. I called and explained my situation. I was told someone could be at my house in 45 minutes to help me. Within that amount of time, employee Nick Wadzinski was at my house. He promptly removed both tires, took them to the shop where they were repaired and brought them back to my house and put them back on my vehicle. I was amazed at how efficient he was. The cost of the repair was much less than I anticipated which, of course, was an added bonus! Thank you Shierl Tire of Weston!

Last month we made a last minute Saturday morning trip to Schierl on our way out of town for 1800 mile trip - found nail in tire not fixable - replaced both back tires, pretty sure it saved us from major trouble on the road - came back 4/13/18 to replace rest of tires. Exceptional service all around.

Oil change and tire rotate/bal
Had an appointment for a routine oil change on 4-10-18. While the service technician was inspecting my car, he found my brake pads to be worn almost completely down. They recommended at least getting the front ones done now (since 80% of braking is on the front wheels). I didn't know that prior to that day. Given that advice of your very knowledgeable, courteous and professional sales and service technicians, I had all 4 brakes replaced along with my routine oil change. I also purchased one of your "service coupon books" for future servicing on my car. It saved me $20.00 on my brake work and a portion off my oil change. The first time I came to your facility was to have one of my tires repaired (for free, much to my surprise)!!! Your sales lady, Laurie, mentioned at the time, to remember them for an oil change in the future. I've been back for service ever since and Laurie already knows me when I walk in the door and calls me by name! That means so much these days!
