About two weeks after having tires rotated I experienced steering wheel shaking at certain speed. I thought a wheel balance feel off but turned out it was tar on the tire. Appreciated the service I received and was very surprised that I was not charged for the time spent determining the problem. Employees at this location are very friendly and always helpful and informative.

Disappointed!

Came in for exhaust noise coming from right bank. Knew two manifold bolts were broken and exhaust clamp had broken. Serviceman said they would have to replace the Y-pipe. Suggested to them to try to get a two-piece clamp to go on old cross-over, but the service personnel didn't seem to know what I was talking about. Their estimate was $944 to repair. Went to parts store and bought a $5.50 two-piece clamp, cut the old clamp and bolts off, put the new one on, and now it is quiet as ever! Cost me less than $6.00 plus the $25.00 Schierl charged me for an estimate. Disappointed in this visit, although I have had good service from them before. Also, their estimate for additional repairs were extremely high for what I could repair myself for $100-$200.

My husband ran over a nail on the way home. I walked in Schierl Tire & Service in Weston without an appointment and experienced nothing but professional and helpful service! My tire was repaired and remounted for FREE! Who does that these days? Way to go, Shierl Tire!

Hit something in the road merging onto the highway and lo and behold, I had a flat tire. Brought the tire in to be repaired (for FREE) because that's what they do (no matter if you buy your tires from them or not!) The tire couldn't be repaired because it was a sidewall puncture. So, Megan ordered a new one, called me when it was in, made the appointment to have it put on and I was "on the road again" like Randy Travis would say!!! All of your employees from the front desk to the service area are knowledgeable, friendly and courteous!! Give 'em all a raise!
