Great! Easy appointment set up, quoted time and procedures to be done and they were right on schedule. Everything was explained to me and I was happy to hear they fixed what the car was needing.
I am very pleased. Great customer service. Didn't hesitate to go the extra mile. High trust factor here. Customer areas are spotless. Service areas are clean and organized. On-time, complete, and defect free. In a word: PERFECT.
It appears I got charged for rotation of tires even though I am supposed to get free tire rotation with oil change. Warnings were not reset properly and I had to have someone do it after the fact. Otherwise. service was prompt and as scheduled.
Very fast & efficient service. Stopped in to have them check tire. They replaced the following day.

While on a vacation in our RV, we had a muffler flange come apart. Our vehicle was towed into Schierl in Weston. The entire experience was wonderful. They got the part we needed, had it installed, and another small issue resolved very quickly, getting us back to our vacation. We can't thank them enough.

Appointment was on time and the follow up on the same day was also timely, so far repair is working fine.
