Very Disappointed

brought car in 10-20 for repairs. Many items were not repaired. Brought in again 4-21. Many repairs were not done. Those I paid for have had minimal effect on how my car is working. Some basic things like oil change and headlight replace meant are fine. The big things that cost over $3000.00 have had no effect on how car is working. Called toddy and I can bring my car back, but will be 2 weeks. I need a certain type of vehicle due to physical challenges. My most recent loaner did not meet my needs.

I keep coming back because I have learned to trust them. They call me to discuss the problems they find. Most importantly, they give me alternatives that make sense. I have even had them tell me to let the problem go a while longer. It's like working with a friend.
