We were heading to nashville from Wausau, about 10 mi. south of St. Point we blew a tire on our trailer. We called Schierl Tire and said we needed a new tire on both wheels just to be safe and a new rim so that we would have a spare. They scheduled the work on my car exactly when I wanted it done, the work was done on time and done well. One minor thing: the oil life warning on my dashboard wasn't reset, so I had to do it myself, but not a big deal.
It was nice to have the brakes serviced and oil changed before our spring road trip to Tennessee next week.

I originally came in just for an oil change, before I went out of state for a week trip. Your mechanics noticed a bulge and a shifted belt on one of my tires, and recommended that I replace it before I drive any distance. Your Main St. location had two used tires with approx. the same tread wear as my other tires, and got them mounted for me for a nominal cost. I really appreciated their knowledge and consideration in helping me out of a potentially dangerous situation. What a great crew, Seth, Craig, Bob, and the others. Thank You!
