oil change

I was not impressed at all. I go to schief for every oil change but they disappointed. I came in with a low tire, when I left all 4 were low. I do not know how but what the heck. Also, my oil change mileage meter was not reset so every time I turn on my car the service oil light blinks at me. I seemed to be an inconvenience to them. I don't know why this time was different, but I am not impressed. I guess I'll have to find somewhere else to get my full synthetic euro oil changed in town.

Great Service

I scheduled and oil change and rotate & balance. My appointment was no longer than an hour and I was on my way. They also gave me an great estimate on tires

used trany put in

not a good one, the used trany clunkes on starts from most stops.....it has happened about a week or two after install we took it back once but schierl could of course not hear it clunk when starting it is a pain to be afraid its going to die from a $1700 bill right from the start. jerry neuwirth

tranny flush

was treated very respectfully and work was done on timeand will keep coming back to the good people at Schierl East.

Oil change

As always, everyone was courteous, helpful and professional. Work was completed as expected and in a timely manner. Price was reasonable and as promised. A call was made to me to authorize further work, indicating the need for a new air filter, which I appreciated very much. I was provided with a pleasant and timely ride to work .VERY PLEASED, as ALWAYS with the care and services provided by this great staff!
