Staff didnt seem to know what they were doing; quoted me 15 tires even though they had put 14 on last time. Didnt discover the error until I brought the car in; then gave me a loaner car. Also 1 valve stem was leaking after installing new tires; I had to get an appointment to get it fixed 5 days later!! Not real impressed by this!
I needed new tires for my 2013 Sentra. Staff worked very well to ensure that the tires I wanted were of great quality and that they were in stock/would fit my car. They walked me through the process of what I needed to do and were very thorough in setting everything up. They were even flexible enough to change the car's oil during the appointment. The prices were the best in the area and the service was amazing. Thanks again!
Aaron did a great job of splicing a non standard wiring harness to make the headlight functional again.
I had a manifold gasket replaced and now I have to look at the gauges to make sure the car is running. The other "fix" was leaking transmission fluid. With a simple transmission flush, filter replacement and new gasket the car stays in gear and drives great. Not bad for a 2000 Camry.
My oil change service was quite questionable. When it came time to pay my bill the charge was for a regular oil change and I suggested that why what was it so cheap? She went back and talked to the mechanic and he came out and had no excuse but went to my car and change the mileage on the sticker. The bill was changed to a synthetic oil instead of the regular oil. So my question was was it a regular oil change and now they charge me for a synthetic change. And when checking my fluid levels my windshield washer fluid was very low. So I doubt that they even check my fluid levels in my engine. It's the second questionable service I've had there. It will be the last time I have my car serviced at schierl Tire in Park Ridge
My 2008 Sonata was making some noise. Tried to get it in, prior to traveling this weekend. Even though their schedule was full Eric and Kevin were able to get our vehicle in. The brakes were metal on metal and a safety hazard. The work was done and now we can see our grandchildren this weekend. It's all about family and Eric and Kevin treated us like family. Cannot thank them and their crew enough for the excellent and timely work.My wife Ann and I have been loyal customers for over 22 years. Rarely do we get the service Eric and Kevin and crew provide, no matter what business it is.Keep up the good job and keep these good folks in mind when corporate bonuses are handed out.Regards and thanks again.Rick Whipp
