My car died unexpectedly very close to your location on a Friday afternoon about 4:30. I was told the shop was booked on Saturday and that the car would probably not be fixed until Monday. It wasn't until Monday morning when I stopped in to check on if it was scheduled, that I was told my car had been looked at on Saturday and that it was definitely the alternator. Why couldn't someone have called me on Saturday to tell me that? It was also Monday morning that I was offered a loaner vehicle. Why couldn't that have been offered on Saturday instead of me having to cancel my weekend plans? Staff were friendly enough, but it seems the service was a little lacking.
